To identify and highlight the critical factors and sub-factors that affect online consumer behavior and motivate them to do online purchase. Suggestion of marketing strategies for the existing e-commerce players and the new entrants in the e-commerce market space. A mix of primary and secondary research methods were employed in order to collect data and understand the perspective of online Indian consumers and e-commerce players.
